本服務採用訂閱制（按月/按年）計費。除非您在當期訂閱週期結束前至少 24小時 透過系統後台取消訂閱，否則系統將視為您同意續訂，並自動從您綁定的支付方式中扣除下一期的費用。

The Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly/annually). Unless you cancel your subscription through the system dashboard at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle, it will be deemed that you agree to renew, and the system will automatically deduct the fee for the next cycle from your linked payment method.

所有已支付的訂閱費用在任何情況下均不予退還。若您在訂閱週期中途取消服務，您可以繼續使用服務至該計費週期結束，但本公司不會對該週期內剩餘的天數進行按比例（Pro-rata）的退款或折抵。

All subscription fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel your service in the middle of a subscription cycle, you may continue to access the Service until the end of that billing cycle, but the Company will not provide any pro-rata refund or credit for the remaining days of that cycle.

本公司保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本服務（或其任何部分）的權利。本公司有權因系統維護、技術更新、用戶違反使用守則，或本公司自身商業策略調整，而終止提供服務。

不可抗力免責

最低退款保障

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. The Company has the right to terminate the service due to system maintenance, technical upgrades, user violations of the terms of use, or the Company's own business strategy adjustments.

Force Majeure

If the Service is suspended or terminated due to a Force Majeure event (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, changes in government regulations, large-scale network outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or other uncontrollable factors), the strict no-refund policy shall apply, and the Company shall bear no liability for any refund or compensation.

Minimum Refund Protection

Excluding the aforementioned Force Majeure events, if the Company proactively terminates your paid service early due to its own commercial strategic adjustments (and not due to user violation), the Company's maximum legal liability is strictly limited to refunding the pro-rata fee for the remaining unused days in your current cycle (as calculated by the Company). Beyond this, the Company shall bear no additional compensation or liability.

The specific scope of the Service shall be defined by the "Basic Features List" published on the Company's official website. The Service is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. The Company reserves the right to upgrade, modify, remove, or optimize system features at any time, without any obligation to notify or compensate users for such changes. Any customization requests exceeding the Basic Features List are strictly excluded from this subscription service.

Data Security

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure your data. However, the Company assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from data loss, leakage, or service interruptions caused by hacker attacks, network failures, force majeure, or disruptions from third-party service providers.
